Meshi do
Meshi has spent two months in India where she learned about yoga pranayama and yoga nidra practices. She has been teaching for 6 years and practicing yoga for over 10 years. Her teaching style reflects how she was trained in India adding pranayama and meditation to every yoga class that are usually 90 minutes in length.
She is also a dedicated energy healer who works with pranic energy also able to guide people to past lives with her past life therapy program. Last but not least, one of her many talents is her intuitive nature that guides her to help people when they reach a fork in a road or in a confused state to find the best outcome possible using the help of her favorite Tarot and Oracle cards. She has been leading retreats and workshops in Tulum and Los Angeles and very excited to this eventful spiritual retreat.

Isla Mujeres is a small Island off Cancun and only a 23 min ferry ride away from the mainland.
The island is about 7km (4.3 mi) in length. Stroll the streets and enjoy the sights, sounds and delicious smells, as well as the smiling people who live on the island.
Casa Bene is within walking distance from Super Aki supermarket and from many popular restaurants like Bastos Grill, Fuego de Mar or Zama Beach Club. The property is located just 4 blocks from Coco’s beach with its turquoise rolling waters and stunning sunrises.
Casa Bene is an 8 unit condominium located in the tranquil neighborhood of La Gloria of Isla Mujeres. The house has a large rooftop, BBQ, dip pool, and several lounges security cameras around the house.

Fly to Cancun International Airport (CUN), Mexico.

Book a shuttle ( min 24h ahead) to get from the airport to the Puerto Juarez ferry station in Cancun.

Take the ferry from Puerto Juarez to Isla Mujeres.

There are three different options to get from the airport to Isla Mujeres and to our retreat location.
You can buy your travel insurance when buying your ticket. It is recommended to have health insurance. Medical services are not included and could be expensive. There is no liability from the organizers in case of accident or any lost items

You receive a visa when you enter the country of Mexico.

This small paper needs to be returned when you leave. This may change by the time of your arrival so please check online.

You should safeguard it since if you lose it there can be delays as you try to leave the country and you will be fined approximately $50 USD.
You can reserve your spot with a $500 apporx 40% of the total price and pay the remaining balance by 14 days before the retreat start date.
If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to 14 days before your retreat start date.
If you cancel 0-13 days before your retreat start date, the remaining balance is not refundable but transferable to the next retreat or could be used in the Airbnb in a future date. Restrictions apply.
00% deposit refund for cancellation 30+ days before retreat start date.
50% deposit refund for cancellation 10-29 days before retreat start date.
0% deposit refund for cancellation 0-10 days before retreat start date.
