I been practicing all kinds of yoga styles for about 10 years. In 2018th I decided to go to India where I got my yoga teacher certificate. Here, the classes were very different from what I was use to in the West but I have fallen in love with it and I keep my classes close to what I learned in India. That being said I also add my personal touch :)
My classes are designed to cover pranayama breath work, mantra, yoga asanas and mediation practices. Classes are from 75 to 90 minutes and a mix of vinyasa and hata yoga styles, I like to add a little soundbath in the end and use my hand made singing blow to bring you back from a long śavāsana after the practice.
