Get rid of negativity through ceremonial cacao healing ritual, ecstatic dance and movement and other emotional exercises that aid in the transformative process of being yourself and experiencing the moment. Take advantage of the time between the retreats and explore the world famous Chichen Itza, one of the 7 wonders of the world​ and visit Tulum and the sacred Mayan ruins and jungle landscape of the Mexican Caribbean. What to bring Comfortable yoga pants and tops. We sell some great Days are generally hot so bring cool clothes. Isla is very laid back so you don't need much: a bikini, t-shirt, jeans, shorts, and one white dress for the opening and closing ceremonies but you can always wear your flip flops! You may need sunscreen, a yoga mat, a water bottle, mosquito spray and a hat.  Most importantly bring a positive, open, and flexible attitude. We try to make you as comfortable as possible but this is not first world living. The wifi can be slow, the electricity can go out, and you may find yourself needing to just look at the stars and contemplate the vastness of the universe.

Don’t forget your  valid passport and driver’s license!

How to get there

(flights, airport transfers, buses, trains)

• Fly to Cancun International Airport (CUN), Mexico.
• Book a shuttle ( min 24h ahead) to get from the airport to the Puerto Juarez ferry station in Cancun.
• Take the ferry from Puerto Juarez to Isla Mujeres.
• There are three different options to get from the airport to Isla Mujeres and to our retreat location.

 Travel insurance suggestions 

You can buy your travel insurance when buying your ticket. It is recommended to have health insurance. Medical services are not included and could be expensive. There is no liability from the organizers in case of accident or any lost items

 Visa 

• You receive a visa when you enter the country of Mexico.
• This small paper needs to be returned when you leave. This may change by the time of your arrival so please check online.
• You should safeguard it since if you lose it there can be delays as you try to leave the country and you will be fined approximately $50 USD.

 Moderate Cancellation Policy 

• 100% deposit refund for cancellation 60+ days before retreat start date.
• 50% deposit refund for cancellation 30-59 days before retreat start date.
• 0% deposit refund for cancellation 0-29 days before retreat start date.

  Remaining Balance 

• Remaining balance is due 14 days before the retreat start date.
• If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to 14 days before your retreat start date.
• If you cancel 0-13 days before your retreat start date, the remaining balance is not refundable.

Isla Mujeres is a small Island off Cancun and only a 23 min ferry ride away from the mainland.

The island is about 7km (4.3 mi) in length. Stroll the streets and enjoy the sights, sounds and delicious smells, as well as the smiling people who live on the island.

Intuitive Psychic

Meshi has spent two months in India where she learned about yoga pranayama and yoga nidra practices.

She has been teaching for 6 years and practicing yoga for over 10 years. Her teaching style ref;ects how she was trained in India adding pranayama and  meditation to every yoga class that are usually 

90 minutes in  length. 

She is also a dedicated energy healer who works with pranic energy also able to guide people to past lives with her past life therapy program. Last but not least, one of her many talents is her intuitive nature that guides her to help people when they reach a fork in a road or in a confused state to find the best outcome possible using the help of her favorite Tarot and Oracle cards. She has been sharing her talents and workshops in Tulum Mexico and Los Angeles and is very excited to lead this eventful spiritual retreat. 

 Lauren 

Certified Yoga Teacher 

Lauren has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for 5, and is so excited to share this practice with all of you in beautiful Isla Mujeres, Mexico! Lauren's teaching style combines traditional Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga practices with Modern day movement techniques such as dance and strength conditioning. Her classes are a balanced combination of logic and creativity. You will be given a framework of anatomical instruction of the breath and postures, which will then ground and inspire you to explore your own creativity. Lauren has found this balance to be not just inspiring on the mat, but also empowering as we move outside of the yoga space and through our daily lives. Her favorite thing about teaching is seeing students realize their own potential, and feels grateful to have the opportunity to witness their growth."
